"Smooth Checkout with One Small Hiccup"
I ordered from Aspen + Company and overall it was a easy experience. The pages loaded without any issues, the cart updated like it was supposed to, and payment went through quickly. I also got the confirmation email right away, which always makes me feel better after placing an order. The only annoying part was that when I went back to double-check the shipping, I had to enter my address again. Not a huge deal, but it did slow things down a bit. Still, it reminded me how much a simple, smooth checkout matters when you're shopping online. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

"Refund came through eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, so that was good. It was just a bit slower than I expected, and I kept checking my bank app more than I probably needed to, especially since I was waiting to use the money for a few errands that weekend. Not a huge issue, but it could’ve been quicker

I had a small issue after my order from Aspen Company, though I can’t remember if it was the very next day or a few days later when I emailed them. Either way, I wasn’t really expecting much, but they got back to me quickly.
The person helping me was friendly and didn’t turn it into some big back-and-forth thing. I’m a little fuzzy on the exact timing, but I do know I didn’t have to keep chasing them, and they got it sorted. Nice to feel like they still care after the sale. I’d use them again.

My order took longer than I expected, and I do remember being annoyed at first. though, my memory of the whole thing is mostly just that once I reached out again, they actually responded properly and got it sorted.
